Mind Sweep – Spring Cleaning for your Head (an Explore & Play Class)

Spring cleaning isn’t just for your home.

If you’re like most people, you probably have some dusty old beliefs and patterns hanging around in your head, making it difficult to do the things you really want to be doing.

During this call, I’ll be showing you how to uncover your dusty stuff and sweep it out of your mind for good. When it’s gone, you’ll feel lighter, more clear and energetic.

Join the Explore & Play Class and Coaching Hour on Tuesday, April 9th. I’ll be teaching you how to do a mind sweep, sharing additional ideas and coaching people through the process live on the call.

Update

During the call we get into how beliefs get started, and I teach a process to spring clean those beliefs that are cluttering up your mind. I guide callers through the process to sweep out beliefs including, “I fail at everything I try” and “I’m generally unlikeable.” Bonus information includes how to visualize if you can’t visualize, and insight into why this sort of exercise done only in your mind works so well.
