Avoiding Avoidance (an Explore & Play Class)

Or, what to do with all those excuses (even the ones that seem legitimate) so you can do what you really want to be doing.

There could be a million, or perhaps just one, really good reason why you haven’t done that thing that needs to be done. And yet, it still needs to happen.

You can get past the excuses and move on with things — without exceptional willpower or herculean efforts.

Join the Explore & Play Class and Coaching Hour on Tuesday, June 11th. I’ll be teaching you how to avoid avoidance, move past the excuses and get stuff done. I’ll also be answering your questions (about anything!) and coaching people live on the call.
