A relaxing and refreshing session that uses the near-magical power of hypnosis to ease stress and infuse you with the qualities and feelings you most desire.

Not the ones I think are important or the buzzword qualities from the newest guru, but the ones that will make the biggest different to you.

I want Spa Time for MY Mind!

Here’s how it works:

It’s much like any spa treatment. We’ll chat for about 15 minutes at the beginning of our session so you can let me know about any life kinks or knots or particular problems. We get an idea of where you are now, where you’d like to be and what qualities are most important to you.

Then, you can sit back, relax and enjoy the remainder of the session while I guide you on a relaxing and rejuvenating experience designed just for you and your needs. I’ll use my skills in hypnosis and NLP to talk directly to your unconscious mind where patterns and habits and beliefs live. This portion of the call is recorded.

After your treatment I’ll answer any questions you may have.

Within two business days of our session, you’ll get a recording of your Mind Spa Session to listen to any time you want a refresher.

Do I need any special equipment?

For the Mind Spa Session, it’s optimal for us to connect using Skype with video. Since we’ll be doing hypnosis, it’s especially helpful if I can see you and your non-verbal communication. You can relax more fully without having to talk during the hypnosis part of the call. Also, Skype-to-Skype calls (like this one) are free.

If you don’t have access to a webcam (a built-in one is just fine) then we can connect via phone. If we talk by phone it’s best to do it hands-free with a headset. You can also hold your handset like normal, but most people prefer to be able to relax completely. You’ll be calling me in Portland, OR.

For the recording, it will be a high quality MP3 recording. You’ll be able to listen to it online from your computer, or you can download it and transfer it to an MP3 player.

What if I can’t be hypnotized?

Different people experience different levels of trance in a session like this. Some people will feel like they’ve been asleep and dreaming, others will feel like they’ve been daydreaming, others will feel completely consciously aware of what I’m saying. However it works for you is just fine, and beneficial. All you need to do is be willing to listen. Your mind will wander as I talk, that’s okay, just keep returning to my voice.

What if I fall asleep?

At the end, you might feel like you’ve been asleep, trance states can be like that, but rest assured, your mind will be soaking up all of the good stuff. And with the audio recording, you can listen repeatedly in case you’re curious about what your conscious mind missed.

I’m so overwhelmed! I have no idea what qualities I want, or how to narrow it down. What if I can’t decide?

At the beginning of our call, I’ll take you through a simple process that will guide us to the qualities that will most support you now. It’s the kind of thing where there’s no way to go wrong! And remember, this whole thing is about relaxing so the chat is no-pressure and totally easy. You’ll enjoy it!
